Cardbound Expedition
Privacy Policy

Updated and effective: October 3, 2026
Android package: com.binarytechkr.cardgame

Binarytech provides Cardbound Expedition. Game progress and preferences stay on your device. There are no ads, and a one-time Google Play purchase unlocks the full game.

1. Operator and collection

Binarytech is the operator and privacy contact: binarytech804@gmail.com. The game has no account registration, separate login, advertising or transmission of game progress to a developer server. Unity IAP 5.4.4, used for the full game purchase, sends purchase events and technical information to Unity as described below.

2. Information stored on your device

The current expedition, growth and game records, preferences and full game ownership are stored in app-specific storage. We cannot remotely access information that exists only on your device. Clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall the game to remove the local copy. Your device or operating system backup service may keep another copy; its settings govern deletion and restoration.

3. Full game purchase and Google Play

The full game is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Google processes payment methods, the Play account and transaction records; we do not receive card numbers. The game uses Unity IAP and Google Play Billing to retrieve prices and purchase status and acknowledge purchases to unlock the full game. Purchase verification and restoration require an internet connection.

Unity IAP may send purchase attempts, success, failure and fulfillment events, product, price, currency, transaction identifiers and purchase confirmation information, app and SDK versions, device model, OS, language and regional settings, storage capacity, install timestamp, available installation or session identifiers and error information to Unity over HTTPS. The network IP address may indicate an approximate country-level location. This supports purchasing, transaction analytics and diagnostics. The game does not enable Unity account login, email entry, advertising identifier collection or separate advertising or gameplay analytics services. Locally saved expedition records and preferences are not transmitted.

Unity acts as our processor or an independent controller depending on the processing purpose. Unity service logs are retained for 90 days; transaction and IAP records may be retained subject to deletion requests and the service's legal obligations. Service operation may involve processing in other countries. See Unity's Privacy Policy and Unity IAP privacy information.

Purchases can be restored with the same Google Play account. Deleting app data does not delete Google Play order records or refund a purchase. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Play's payment and refund guidance for Google's processing, retention, international processing and privacy rights.

4. Third parties and children

We do not share locally stored game records with third parties. The Google Play and Unity processing described above follows their respective service policies. The game is intended for people aged 13 and older and does not request children's names, dates of birth or contact details.

5. Support and your rights

If you email support, we process your sender address and message to respond and resolve your request. We delete them without undue delay once that purpose is fulfilled, except where retention is required by law or necessary for a dispute, and then only for the necessary scope and period. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive information.

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights under applicable law regarding personal information we process, contact binarytech804@gmail.com. Game records stored only on your device must be deleted on that device. For information Google processes, use Google's privacy tools and contact procedures.

How to request data deletion

Email binarytech804@gmail.com with the subject “Cardbound Expedition data deletion” and specify whether you want support messages or Unity IAP-related records deleted. We may request a Google Play order number and the approximate time to identify a transaction; do not send a password or card number. We delete our support records after verifying the request. For IAP data Unity processes on our behalf, we verify the request and instruct Unity to delete it. For transaction or legal records Unity processes independently, contact unity-iap-contact@unity3d.com directly. Records required for legal obligations, reconciliation or disputes may be kept for the necessary scope and period, which we will explain where applicable. Clear app storage to delete local game records; this does not delete Google Play orders or request a refund.

6. Changes

We will update this page and its revision date when processing changes. Significant changes will be announced through the app or the public policy page.
