Clear data boundaries

Free progress and preferences stay on the device. Optional Google sign-in connects the server diamond wallet, paid cosmetics, purchase verification and restoration, and account deletion. AdMob and UMP handling is disclosed separately; Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not used.
