1. Ways to request deletion
If you linked a Google account, you can request deletion from inside the app. If you no longer have the app or cannot open it, you can request deletion by email from this page without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Settings → Account & Purchases → Delete Account
View the in-app stepsSend a deletion request without signing in
Email an account deletion requestIf you played without linking a Google account, there may be no server account to delete. Use the local-data deletion steps instead.
2. In-app deletion path
- 1Open Settings
Open Danta Championship settings and select Account & Purchases.
- 2Select Delete Account
Review the connected Google account and select Delete Account.
- 3Re-authenticate and review
Complete recent Google re-authentication if requested, and review what will be deleted and what local or minimum transaction-integrity data is handled separately.
- 4Confirm the request
After final confirmation, account-linked wallet and purchase access is retired and server deletion begins. The app lets you check or safely retry the same request.
This deletes the Danta Championship app account created through Firebase Authentication. It does not delete the user's Google Account.
3. External deletion request without sign-in
Use the email path below without signing in to the app. The button opens an email draft with the request subject filled in.
Compose account deletion request
Recipient: binarytech804@gmail.com
Suggested subject: [Danta Championship] Account deletion request
Include only:
- App name: Danta Championship
- The Google email address used to link the app account
- A clear statement that you request deletion of the app account and linked data
- A different reply email address, if needed
Never email a Google password, two-factor code, recovery code, identity document, card number, payment password, or purchase token. If additional verification is necessary, Binarytech will request only the minimum information required.
4. Sign-out, restricted access, and deletion
| Action | Effect | Server data |
|---|---|---|
| Sign out | Disconnects the account from the current device. | The account, wallet, and purchase data remain and can be accessed after signing in again. |
| Temporary restriction | May limit access for security or operational reasons. | This is not deletion and does not automatically erase data. |
| Delete account | Permanently deletes the Danta Championship app account. | Linked data is deleted, except minimum segregated records required for refunds, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. |
Signing out, freezing, or temporarily disabling an account is not a substitute for account deletion.
5. Data deleted with the account
- Firebase Authentication app account, Firebase UID, and Google email linkage
- Server diamond balance, adjustment debt, and wallet revision
- Server-side paid cosmetic ownership and diamond-spend state
- Attendance reward dates, amounts, and grant history, and account-linked ad-removal entitlements and processing records
- Active account binding used for purchase restoration
- Account-specific caches, device binding, and operations or diagnostics no longer needed
After deletion, the deleted wallet, paid cosmetics, and purchase-restoration state cannot be accessed. Linking the same Google account later does not guarantee restoration of deleted app-account data.
6. Minimum data that may be retained
Binarytech may segregate and retain only the minimum data needed for Google Play refund and void handling, duplicate-credit prevention, fraud prevention, security, or applicable legal obligations:
- A hashed Google Play purchase-token key and purchase state, not the raw token
- A non-reversible HMAC binding marker used to prevent abusive reconnection
- Operation receipts needed for refunds, voids, cancellations, duplicate-credit prevention, or security incidents
- Transaction-integrity records required by applicable law or Google Play policy
These records are not used to restore the deleted account or for advertising. They are removed or irreversibly de-identified when their stated purpose or legal obligation ends. Google Play payment records and the user's Google Account are subject to Google's separate retention rules.
Deleting the app account does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. Use Google Play's purchase and refund process or contact Binarytech support separately.
7. Delete local game data separately
Free-game progress, recent results, achievements, free cosmetics, and preferences remain on the device and are not uploaded to the connected account. Server account deletion therefore does not clear local game data.
- 1Clear app storage
In Android, open Settings → Apps → Danta Championship → Storage, then select Clear data or the equivalent option.
- 2Or uninstall the app
Removing the app also removes its Android-managed app-private local data.
This removes the local profile, tutorial state, completion count, recent results, free achievements and cosmetics, display, chart and language preferences, and local recovery state. The data may not be recoverable.
8. Processing and contact
- Binarytech identifies the Danta Championship account and requests only the minimum verification information needed.
- After verification, account access and purchase authority are retired and deletion of the Firebase account and linked data begins.
- If a retention exception applies, it is separated by purpose. Binarytech replies with the request status and expected completion time.
- Binarytech confirms completion or any further action required by email.
Deletion requests are handled without undue delay, including the time needed for identity verification. If Firebase backup removal or a legal retention requirement prevents immediate completion, Binarytech will explain the reason and expected timing in the reply.
